Who are we looking for? We are seeking a positive, motivated and energetic individual to join the LARA-TECH team as an IT Network Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
The key responsibilities of an IT Network Support Specialist include, but are not limited to :
- Microsoft 365 - Migrations / Azure AD / Exchange / SharePoint
- Configure / Setup / Maintain Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019
- Desktop / Server Virtualization implementations
- SQL, Exchange, AD, Azure
- Cloud backup solutions
- Mobile support for iPhone and Android
- Manage configure Firewalls / VPN : SonicWALL, Cisco
- Manage configure NAS / AP : Synology, Aruba
- Maintain documentation / infrastructure site plans
- Perform onsite / remote service and support to clients
- Setup and support desktop PCs / MAC for end users

The Person
The key skills and qualities of an IT Network Support Specialist are :
- Microsoft 365 experience
- 3-year college diploma, in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Security Clearance will be required or provided
- Valid Driver’s license and vehicle
