Responsibilities
- Receive and check supplier invoices;
- Verify invoices corresponding to purchases;
- Enter invoices for payment;
- Issue and record all cheque payments;
- Prepare supplier checks for mailing;
Make online payments via EFT / ACH
Collaborate with purchasing team for verification and compliance between invoices
- Coding invoices and entering payments into the accounting system;
- Communicate with company departments and suppliers;
- Reconcile supplier statements;
Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
DEC / AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
2 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with JDE or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
