First Consideration : Teachers covered by the OSSTF Permanent Teachers’ Collective Agreement (1.0., 0.5, Article 10 teachers) who possess the required qualifications.

For clarity, an Article 10 teacher is a day school teacher at Durham Continuing Education who has signed a contract with the Board They are considered Article 10 for the school year.
