As SGS Digicomply’s Business Development Manager for North America, you will define and implement the business development strategy to help SGS Digicomply penetrate the North American market and to generate revenue, profit, and increase market share.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, develop and execute SGS Digicomply’s sales strategy for North America.
  • Attract new customers and increase the spend of existing SGS DIGICOMPLY customers by relying on your expert industry knowledge and flawless customer experience.
  • Work with marketing and demand generation teams to identify prospective clients and define how to attract them. (campaigns, lead nurturing ).
  • Develop very close relationships with and work with all appropriate SGS-Digicomply technical teams and SGS global business development teams.
  • Ensure sales opportunities are followed up on and maintain close communication with customers while driving internal resources to close the deals.
  • Monitor and strive to improve overall customer experience.
  • Represent SGS Digicomply at specialized industry conferences and networking events.
  • Work in close relationship with product managers to influence the innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years’ experience of business development in a relevant industry such as SAAS solutions for consumer goods, process manufacturing, food and beverages Retail and Distribution, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Digital marketing and consulting, business and partner development, business and systems consulting, business process redesign, and client relationship management at the executive level.
  • Expertise Marketing SAAS solutions in the US market.
  • Recognized selling and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create ad hoc business cases for each prospect.
  • A sincere desire to provide excellent customer care to each member of the client base.
  • A taste for innovative approaches.
