As an Account Executive / Sales Representative at our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing electronic payment acceptance efficiencies and revenue generation for our clients.
You will exemplify excellence by providing valuable information, expert guidance, and professional explanations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold canvassing, cold calling, and generating referrals.
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and prospect opportunities in CRM.
- Accurately track and report sales activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using CRM and other reporting tools.
- Present high-quality offerings and introduce PandaPay solutions by following our sales process and methodology.
- Foster mutually beneficial relationships with clients based on trust and confidence.
- Encourage a positive culture and organizational camaraderie through active engagement and collaboration.
- Participate in all team meetings, gatherings, training calls, and virtual sessions.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, critical drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Experience :
- Prior experience in payment processing technology / platform sales, point of sale (POS), software channel sales, or merchant solution sales in electronic payments markets is preferred.
- Familiarity with large ISOs in the payments industry is advantageous.
- A current network of potential clients is a plus.
- A strong desire to consistently exceed targets.
Qualifications :

Education, Experience, and Abilities :
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to source opportunities independently through a combination of cold calling and networking.
- Capable of self-motivation and organizing activities without strict supervision.
- Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic payment processing environment.
- Competent with computer programs, including Microsoft and G Suite tools.
- Effective in engaging audiences through telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Must attend all team meetings and company events, both virtually and in-person.
- A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed are essential.

- Fluency in French and English is mandatory (Quebec only).
