We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth by managing lapsed accounts and acquiring new customers.
The successful candidate will excel in building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets across key service lines, including Managed Services and Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities :
Managed and re-engaged lapsed accounts while acquiring new business.
Achieve monthly sales targets through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as required by client and company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in account management or business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Managed Services is a must.
Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
Compensation :
Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions.
