Manpower is looking for multiple Junior and / or Senior Line Cook for our client to start immediately, the client has multiple locations across Winnipeg Manitoba.
What is in it for you?
- $14.00 - $16.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay

What's the job :
- Ensuring food standards set forth by the kitchen manager are being met.
- Ensure all knives and equipment are clean and in good working condition
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to Food Specifications Manual
- Maintain the kitchen by sanitizing areas before and after use
- Ensure that production expediency (ticket times) is maintained
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of product in stations as prescribed in the BOH audit and per daily pars
- Opening / closing the line at the beginning or end of the day
- Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
- Exhibit personal uniform and personal hygiene per company standards
- Execution of all cleaning checklists to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen / workstation
- Able fulfill dish-washing duties when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment
- Previous kitchen / cooking experience
