Responsibilities :
- Setup and repair desktops and laptops
- Install and remove software, hardware (docking stations)
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, printing and networking issues to determine, document, and resolve issues
Must Haves :
- 2+ years of experience working as a Deskside Support / Desktop Technician
- ServiceNow or Remedy
