This Established Construction Firm, with a very diverse portfolio of construction projects, are seeking their Mechanical Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate would have a proven background in overseeing mechanical operations for a reputable construction general contractor.
You will be tasked with building and driving a new mechanical, self-perform division for the business.
The role involves :
- Establishing and overseeing the mechanical, self-perform division
- Managing all of the mechanical scopes of work for various jobsites
- Leading all site-based mechanical operations
- Guiding and supporting all employees and contractors as it relates to the mechanical, self-perform division
- Leading and motivating the team
Experience needed :
- 10+ years of Mechanical Operations experience, within a construction firm
- A background in self-perform, mechanical work
- The desire to still be hands on’, as well as travel to various project sites around the GTA
- A hungry, driven, eager demeanor
This position would suit a naturally driven person who can establish & lead all mechanical, self-perform business operations, and who is seeking a real career growth opportunity.
