Position Responsibilities

• Be responsible for camp, building and building support system operations for assigned buildings and areas;Conduct building and area walkthroughs to monitor equipment function and to identify issues or deficiencies;
• Monitor the building management systems to identify issues;Perform corrective maintenance within the quick report requirements and enter notifications for all other found work;
• Support Maintenance Technicians in preventative and corrective maintenance;Onboard and Supervise contractors, vendors and others performing work in assigned buildings and areas;

Co-ordinate shut down / startup of building systems for maintenance or projects.

Experience :

5+ years experience in similar role

Trade Certification :

• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer
• Class 5 driver's license

Safety Certification :

• CSTS 2020
• WHIMS 2015
• H2S Alive
• Fall Protection
• Elevated Work Platform
• Confined Space Monitor
