Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of success in creating an exceptional customer dining experience in a high end setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventory control experience would be considered an asset.
