About the Role :

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our innovative AI project team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Generative AI tool by charting notes from transcripts and identifying valuable use cases.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) : Develop comprehensive BRDs to capture project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Use Case Identification : Identify and document potential AI use cases within the Imperial Service space, focusing on opportunities to leverage AI for business improvement.
• Opportunity Documentation : Analyze and document business opportunities, recommending AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Automation Process Identification : Identify and document the automation process for extracting and processing transcripts to feed into the Generative AI tool.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the AI tool meets their requirements, with a focus on improving the Generative AI’s performance.
• Data Analysis : Analyze data from various sources to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Project Coordination : Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical project environment.
• Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs and other project documentation.
• Experience with AI technologies and understanding of AI use cases.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with automation processes and tools.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within the Imperial Service space.

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools and their applications.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
