National Sales Manager (NSM) Based in Greater Montreal Area
The National Sales Manager is responsible for a company's sales operations in Canada and US.
Their duties include :
- Developing sales strategies : Creating and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Managing sales teams : Supervising direct sales team and agencies, and setting targets to measure performance. They will recruit, train, and assign tasks to sales staff.
- Building relationships : Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with national and regional accounts. They also represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Researching markets : Conduct research on market trends and behaviors.
- Generating reports : Preparing sales performance reports and forecasts.
- Promoting products : Promoting new products and services.
- Negotiating with clients : Negotiating and implementing ideas with clients.
- Providing updates : Providing timely updates and solutions to clients.
- Completing performance reviews : Completing performance reviews and offering strategies for improving employee performance.

- Bi-lingual ( French / English)
