Overview :
- Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Travel North America to attend tradeshows and client meetings
- Create efficient schedule to see clients and grow business
- Identify and research potential clients to create new business prospects.
- Perform market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and generate sales reports.
What we're looking for :
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, and business development.
- Valid driver's license & passport
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry dynamics.
- Can work autonomously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical sales experience with manufactured products (preferred water / wastewater product experience)
- Tradeshow experience is a plus
- Bilingual (FR / EN).
