Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Financial Controller - Real Estate Development role are as follows
- Prepare Group financial statements and present monthly analyses to management.
- Set up reporting and performance analysis by investment.
- Prepare and monitor budgets in collaboration with the operational team.
- Produce financial analyses according to ratios and budgets.
- Produce all investment documents for real estate development projects (acquisition and financing).
- Cash management and working capital monitoring for each entity
- Implement and ensure compliance of operating companies' internal controls and optimize the new IT tool
- Support and continue to train the team
Qualifications
The qualifications required for this role of Financial Controller - Real Estate Development are :
- CPA or equivalent
- Min 7 years exp, ideally with real estate experience
- Fluent french, functional English
- Strong with technological tools
- Excellent communication skills, easy-going and team-player
