KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and maintain Mission Critical Center (MCC / OCC) applications and corresponding UI and tools to ensure they are functioning properly and performing optimally.
- Conduct regular system and software checks to identify and resolve any issues or bugs and ensure security protocols are being followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, including development, IT, and security teams.
- Interact closely with other teams handling C / S solutions, participate in JC meetings, review and derive requirements for OCC software and identify priorities.
- Develop and maintain documentation on monitoring processes and procedures.
- Increase overall code, product, design, and quality in the organization
- Identify technologies to be used to migrate legacy software, define architecture, and implement the same.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
MUST HAVE :
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the Sciences, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
- 7+ Experience in coding using C#, C++
- Experience understanding Fortran Architecture and code
- Working knowledge on Databases (Preferably Sybase)
WE VALUE :
- Good understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with messaging technologies (preferably ActiveMQ)
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, SVN and Git.
- Ability to understand issues reported by security tools (static code / app analyzers, PEN testing tools, etc.) and fixing them by co-relating to source code
- Active participation in open source and git hub community groups to post queries and obtain responses
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
