L'assistant(e) de la chaîne d'approvisionnement est chargé(e) de fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement/logistique, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les tâches administratives générales quotidiennes telles que : le rapprochement des stocks, la préparation de documents et de rapports, la réception des produits, le journal des données pour les retours de produits et la maintenance des bases de données qui soutiennent les processus de la
chaîne d'approvisionnement.


Principales tâches et responsabilités
- Réception des produits.
- Suivi des conteneurs.
- Traiter et consigner les retours des clients et des fournisseurs.
- Traiter et consigner les crédits des clients et établir des rapports.
- Enquêter et rassembler les justificatifs sur les déductions des clients.
- Création de nouveaux articles
- Traitement des articles réemballés
- Aide à la création de bons de commande.
- Mise à jour des listes de prix des clients.
- Effectuer un récapitulatif mensuel des stocks sur les produits et les articles d'emballage.
- Traiter des commandes des clients
- Autres demandes ad hoc de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

Compétences et spécifications
- Sens de l'organisation, avec des atouts avérés en matière d'administration.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec une supervision minimale.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes individuellement et à créer des solutions.
- Solides compétences en communication interpersonnelle.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS office avec un niveau avancé de MS Excel.
- Bilingue (anglais et français).

Éducation et qualifications
- Diplôme de premier cycle dans un domaine connexe (un atout)
3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle connexe dans le contrôle des stocks ou la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Supply Chain Assistant
The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain / Logistics team including (but not limited) to general day-to-day administrative tasks as: inventory reconciliation, preparation of documents and reports, product receiving, data log for product returns and maintenance of data bases that support supply chain processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Product receiving.
- Container tracking.
- Process and log customer, and supplier returns.
- Process, log and report on customer credits.
- Investigation and gather back-up on customer deductions.
- Creating new items
- Processing of repacks.
- Support in creating purchase orders.
- Maintenance of customer price lists.
- Performs monthly inventory reconciliation on products and packaging items
- Customer order processing
- Other ad hoc supply chain requests

Skills and Specifications
- Organizational skills, with proven strengths in administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to solve problems individually and create solutions.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office suite with advanced level of MS Excel.
- Bilingual (English & French).

Education and Qualification
- Undergraduate degree in related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 3-5 years of related work experience in inventory control and/or supply chain.
