We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Estimation team in delivering top-notch architectural woodwork and kitchen projects.
If you have a background in architectural or interior design and are ready to dive into a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do : - Support Bidding & Estimation : Assist in the bidding and estimation process by analyzing architectural drawings and extracting critical data.
- Project Coordination : Manage and organize bid documents, ensuring all necessary information is ready for estimators.- Client Communication : Handle incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, maintaining strong communication with clients and partners.
- Document Preparation : Prepare detailed bid packages, including Kitchen Quantity Matrices and take-offs, and assist with project documentation for managers.
- Data Management : Utilize project management software to create and update project files. Experience with CRM databases is a plus!- Reporting : Compile and produce periodic and special reports to keep the team informed and on track.
What You Bring : - Education : DEC in Architectural or Interior Design (or related studies).- Experience : 1-2 years in a similar role with experience in reading architectural drawings and specifications.
