- Lead and oversee ICI construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet project specifications.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management within a General Contractor in the ICI sector.
- Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant construction law and building codes.
- Knowledge of Procore and Master of MS office and MS Project software.
- Knowledge of the Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
