THE TEAM

The mission of the Product Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Product Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of the Product Business Sub-Divisions functions.

You will play a pivotal role in upholding the standards of operational excellence throughout Product Business areas and ensure they are seamlessly integrated with the rest of the Product Division and cross-functional partners.

THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager / Manager, Product Operations you will lead the team to :

  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resources of work across Product Business.
  • Ensure the most important programs are realized perfectly.
  • Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the Product Business Sub-Division.
  • Connect and organize the Product Business Sub-Division with business-driven, simple, and relevant information.
  • Project manage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives within the Product Business Sub-Division.
  • Ensure division tools support business needs.
  • Seamlessly execute the integration of events.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager / Manager, Product Operations, has :

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and / or experience in the efficient oversight, direction and management of Product Business operations.
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus.
