Nous recherchons un(e) scientifique de recherche senior, spécialisé(e) en LLM, prêt(e) à façonner l'avenir de la mobilité avec nous !

Votre impact

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modèles d'IA génératifs de pointe pour des applications de RAP ou de TTS grâce à l'utilisation experte de LLMs.
  • Exploiter votre expertise pour entraîner, affiner et optimiser efficacement les LLMs, les façonnant pour une précision, un naturel et des performances optimales dans les domaines de la RAP ou du TTS.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles comprenant des scientifiques de données, des ingénieurs logiciels et des experts du domaine.

En comprenant leurs besoins, vous développerez conjointement des solutions de RAP ou de TTS personnalisées qui tirent parti de la puissance des LLMs.

  • Innover et améliorer les modèles existants de RAP ou de TTS en intégrant la puissance des LLMs, assurant ainsi des performances et une vitesse optimale même sur des plateformes aux ressources limitées.
  • Rester pleinement au fait des dernières avancées, tendances et recherches dans les domaines de l'IA générative, de la RAP, du TTS et de la modélisation du langage, en incorporant activement de nouvelles techniques, technologies et meilleures pratiques pour améliorer continuellement la performance globale de nos systèmes.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Un diplôme de deuxième cycle en informatique (Maitrise ou Doctorat), ou une formation équivalente.
  • Une expérience approfondie et une maîtrise démontrée dans le développement de Grands Modèles de Langage (LLM), idéalement en les reliant de manière transparente avec des applications de Reconnaissance Automatique de la Parole (RAP) ou de Synthèse Vocale (TTS).
  • Des compétences exceptionnelles en programmation Python ainsi qu'une forte capacité à implémenter des algorithmes complexes d'apprentissage automatique.
  • Un historique démontré dans le développement de systèmes de RAP ou de TTS, travaillant avec succès avec divers éléments tels que les modèles acoustiques, les modèles de langage et les modèles de prononciation.
  • Posséder une forte pensée analytique, des capacités de résolution de problèmes et un esprit collaboratif, garantissant votre capacité à prospérer dans notre environnement innovant et au rythme soutenu.

Your Impact

Leverage your expertise to effectively train, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve optimal accuracy, naturalness, efficiency, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other AI researchers and engineers, to seamlessly integrate LLM-based features and functionalities.

Design and implement software components and modules to integrate LLM capabilities into Cerence's speech recognition and natural language understanding systems.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of LLM-based features to ensure high performance, reliability, and robustness in real-world scenarios.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, trends, and research in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to enhance the overall performance of our systems continually.

What You Bring

You have demonstrated expertise in creating Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions using Deep Learning techniques, with a focus on integrating Large Language Models.

You have an advanced degree in computer science, computational linguistics, or a related field.

You are highly proficient in Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch.

You have experience with training and fine-tuning large language models using large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within our fast-paced and innovative environment.
