As a Technical Program Manager, you will be able to influence cross-functional teams to design innovative consumer products and release new features in Amazon Key mobile and web applications.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional development on new features from design through delivery in Amazon Key branded mobile and web applications
  • Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with the leadership on status, schedule, risks and change control
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities
  • Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations
  • Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
  • Drive content engagement, through partnering with stakeholders and product management. Measure, assess, and iterate constantly to drive greater user benefits
  • Success in this role hinges on having natural curiosity, developing a deep understanding of the product’s use case and balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's / SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
