Requirements
Experience and Skill Set Requirements :
Must Haves :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the following : Leading and conducting business analysis at varying levels of detail in order to assess client’s business problems / opportunities and documenting the business requirements in such a way that technology solutions can be determined.
- Minimum of 5 years in projects following Agile methodology, leading Sprints and managing backlogs.
- Experience with large complex IT Health-related projects.

- Highly proficient in MS DevOps Azure, translating the business requirements into epics and scenarios, and creating mockups for the stakeholders to review.
Healthcare Experience :
- 2+ years of experience working with federal / provincial / broader public-sector healthcare providers.
- Experience with Ontario’s Laboratory and Specimen Collection Centre Licensing Act and Ontario Ministry of Health policies and procedures for granting licenses of operation to laboratories, hospitals and specimen collection centres.
- Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar), processes and practices, and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry standard practices.
