You'll work closely with multiple departments, providing valuable support and gaining hands-on experience in the insurance industry.
This is a fantastic entry-level position with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.Key Responsibilities : - Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and welcoming clients and visitors- Organize and maintain client files and office records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed- Assist in preparing, proofreading, and distributing insurance-related documents and reports- Collaborate with various departments, including claims and underwriting, to support daily operations- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and assist in maintaining a well-organized work environment- Support special projects and handle data entry as requiredCandidate Requirements : - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
