Our company is a growing national leader in its industry with operations across Canada. We are looking for an HR Generalist that will be responsible for all aspects of human resources within our production facility in Montreal.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead recruitment including posting ads, screening candidates and new hire orientations
  • Payroll administration
  • Scheduling
  • Addressing employee HR related issues
  • Oversee health and safety initiatives
  • Manage WCB claims

Education, Qualifications and Skills :

  • 1+ years’ experience in HR in a production environment
  • CHRP / CHRL or working towards the designation is an asset
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in groups
