Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright looking for a new challenge? Join our team and take on a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment and infrastructure.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead and support our maintenance staff, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, including electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Read diagrams and drawings to determine work procedures.
- Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and mechanical equipment such as pumps, fans, sensors, and motors.
- Maintain standard processes, including coolant quality control, check valve monitoring, and black line water changes.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on tasks with completion times for deficiencies.
- Adjust, update, and develop the PM Program with plant management, including operators' PMs.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduate of an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright program or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment.
- Some knowledge of PLC controls is an asset.
- Ability to weld with gas and electrode and use a MIG Welder.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Benefits :
