Nice to meet you! My name is Leanne.About my family : We are a family of four with 2 girls, a 2 year old and a 5 years old. What we are looking for : Ideally, we'll find a full time nanny to look after our kiddos during the week. Our 5 year old is in kindergarten from 9-3 each day so we would require care for our youngest during the day, collecting our 5 year old from school (walking distance) and attending or providing afternoon activities for both. We have an active household, and try to set a tone of calm, creativity, silliness and kindness throughout our day. We set clear boundaries for both kids, and encourage them to be mindful about how they communicate with us and others. We have big feelings sometimes, and make space to manage those in a safe way whenever possible.
