Job descriptionDEC in property and casualty insurance or equivalent; A property and casualty insurance broker's license (businesses) issued by the AMF, and / or a license from the insurance institute (PAA, FPAA) with a commitment to obtain a property and casualty insurance broker's license for businesses 5 years of experience in business insurance (underwriters welcome); Good knowledge of civil liability insurance, professional liability insurance, directors' and officers' liability and cyber insurance (an asset); Bilingualism required (French and English); Knowledge of the LDPSF, regulations and ethics (an asset); Proficiency in office tools (MS Office suite) and the Applied System (TAM) application (an asset); Excellent customer service, negotiation and persuasion skills; Ability to work independently, manage priorities and achieve results. A role with possible progression to a management position; A hybrid mode (3 days in person, 2 days teleworking) with flexibility; Three (3) weeks of vacation after one year of continuous service; Six (6) floating personal days; Office closures between Christmas and New Year's Day (leave offered at the discretion of management); RRSP retirement savings plan with employer participation; Employee Assistance Program; Group insurance paid 50% by the employer; Health and Wellness Account; Allowance for a cell phone plan; Free outdoor parking.

What you will do on a daily basis :
- Analyze client needs and advise them;
- Collect underwriting information and negotiate terms with insurers;
- Present clients with offers tailored to their needs;
- Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with clients and suppliers;
- Monitor renewals and premium collection;
- Offer consulting services on ethics and regulations.
