We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee important projects within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work with various teams to ensure project goals are achieved successfully.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex projects, including new customer launches.
Stay on top of the project budget and make adjustments as needed.
Work with Project Sponsors to create clear project goals and deliverables.
Guide and support other Project Managers and team leaders on best practices for managing projects.
Share updates on project progress with stakeholders, including senior leadership, and solve any issues that come up.
Make necessary changes to ensure the project stays on track.
Review project results and assess how successful they were.
Qualifications
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in managing projects.
Knowledge of strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Comfortable using project management software.
Strong time management and analytical skills.
Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
