Job description

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. We are looking for a Project Manager, Product Delivery, who will report to the Director of Project Management, and who’ll be tasked to manage the project delivery for Product in development and / or for awarded Project in production for XNRGY group. The position will be critical to guarantee that all Product projects will be done according XNRGY standards and deliver on quality, time and cost. As part of your role, you’ll be supporting the design of new innovative Product as well ensuring the readiness in the delivery of awarded project to the production site. Responsible of the delivery of the overall activities for the product development which include Product performance, design, timing, cost as well as operational budget, capex and management presentation Responsible of the delivery of the overall activities for awarded project to be produce which include delivery on time, on cost and performance as well as reporting and presentation Assess risks with the team and come-up with action plan to mitigate those risks Develop and implement new project management processes and tools to improve of project management efficiency Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Experience in Project management of highly complex manufacturing product Ability to work in start up mode with drive Speak and write in French and English Medical and dental insurance paid 100% by the employer Modern office on the South Shore of Montreal Inclusive and diversity-friendly environment On-site mini gym Professional proficiency in the French language is required and essential for all employees based in Montreal.
