Job Description :

We are looking for PEGA Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of work experience.

Roles & responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PEGA BPM applications.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design end-to-end PEGA workflows and business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Create detailed use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
Work closely with PEGA developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Stay up to date with PEGA platform updates, features, and industry best practices.

What we are looking for :

Preferred 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on PEGA BPM applications.

Strong understanding of PEGA platform capabilities, including case management, rules engine, and process automation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience creating user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

PEGA certifications such as PEGA Certified Business Architect (CBA) or PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) are highly desirable.

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Has skills to understand data , correlate data from Ui to DB and experience with report generating tools like tableu, power bI or SAP Business objects

Financial services background especially in wealth is preferred.
