Job Title : Inventory Specialist

Job Summary :

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for accurately managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records, track inventory movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

2. Inventory Control : Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

3. Warehouse Organization : Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, and that all inventory is properly stored and labeled.

4. Shipping and Receiving : Verify shipments against purchase orders, receive and inspect incoming inventory, and process returns and damages.

5. Reporting and Analysis : Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover, and other key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

7. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

1. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

2. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.

3. Skills : Proficient in inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite; excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
