Your New Role
As the High-Rise Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-rise developments in the Halifax-Dartmouth region.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Project Leadership & Execution : Ability to manage all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
- Team & Stakeholder Coordination : Strong leadership skills to direct project teams and serve as the primary liaison between developers, municipal authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Cost Control : Experience in developing and monitoring project budgets, identifying cost efficiencies, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Risk & Compliance Management : Knowledge of Nova Scotia building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Quality & Safety Assurance : Commitment to implementing rigorous quality control measures and upholding workplace health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
