In this role, You Will :

  • Review project documentation to define scope, budget and schedule
  • Effectively manage scope of supply and internal / external relationships throughout project execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone schedules, actions registers and internal / external status reports
  • Assist with the assignment of resources and team formation
  • Address questions and concerns of project team, management and customers in professional and confident manner
  • Provide project progress status, delays and issues to customers in timely manner
  • Manage and lead scope changes
  • Perform technical writing
  • Manage project documentation deliverables, including prioritizing deliverables
  • Assist with the coordination of testing, shipping and post project reviews
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate and lead required project meetings (kick-offs, design reviews, risk assessments, and circulate actions from meetings
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations

Who You Are :

  • An Experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience (PMP Designation considered an asset).
  • A Natural working on Technical projects and working with technical people
  • An Influencer who can shape outcomes within their team

  • A Communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
