Client Representative Responsibilities : Be the go-to contact for customers, offering exceptional product and service solutions.

Leverage your comprehensive training and knowledge to address customer queries accurately and recommend the best products and services.

Showcase the benefits of our services and boost sales revenue through effective educational techniques.

Handle customer interactions with care, composure, and understanding, providing precise, agile, and transparent support.

Meticulously document and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay updated on changes and enhance your program knowledge, systems, and processes.

Report directly to the Account Management team, providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction, establish goals, and develop new sales skills.

The Ideal Applicant : Has a proven track record in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in sales, customer service, support, or client acquisition.
