Job Description
In this role, you will lead the operational implementation of a redesigned NP&A delivery model, embedding tailored processes for managing initiative complexity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. In addition to these core responsibilities, this role will support broader operational initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to address unique, high-priority activities in the public markets such as IPOs and stock sales. Reporting to the Managing Director, Public Markets Middle Office, you will align NP&A operations with organizational goals, ensuring new investment initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
