Looking to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A / P issues, process expense reports, and assist with answering and directing multiline phone systems? This Accounts Payable Clerk position at a dynamic organization with a growing team might be right for you! The job site for the permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Edmonton area.
How you will make an impact
- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
- Handle the administrative needs of the AP department
- Provide customer service to internal business partners
- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail
- Complete full-cycle A / P
- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
- Provide support during internal and external audit
Job Requirements :
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
