Our in-house cross-functional teams include acquisitions, development, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management. With almost $ 1 billion in assets under management, and 150+ staff province wide, Primex is a leader in the development and operation of multi-family residential rental housing in BC.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team at our Vancouver head office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess an uncanny eye for detail with efficient time management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency, masterfully ensure accurate processing of invoices and seamlessly navigate cross-departmental communications to support the company's overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Invoice Processing : Accurately process and manage a high volume of invoices in a timely manner.
- Bank Reconciliation : Record bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Account Follow-Up : Resolve discrepancies by following up on account statements and communicating with relevant parties
- Support Accounting Functions : Assist the accounting department with various administrative tasks and collaborate with Property and Development Managers.
