The Teams is working within a Murex environnement.The team is responsible for maintaining and improving the service quality and customers satisfaction. They have to maintain awareness of the regulatory markets and competitive environment and of current technological developments, both internally and externally to theinvestment bank.The candidate must have functional and technical knowledge of Bonds and Credit market, including daily IT support of Murex application, as well as following on going projects and development. Interpersonal skills are required as there is constant interaction with Front office and other departments. The Team is dealing with 1st & 2nd level support of the relevant applications, monitor and troubleshoot trades and work in a 24 hour electronic global trading support team using the follow-the-sun support model. Further to this, the team is involved in all technical aspects of the trading system and client support interactionsKey responsabilities : The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

  • Provide functional and technical support around the relevant systems to users worldwide by (not exhaustive)
  • Static data management (Counterparties, Currencies etc)
  • Ensure platforms admin in relation with system providers, both internal and external.
  • Deal with STP (straight thru processing) issues.
  • Incident Management
  • Manage customer relations when dealing directly with both internal and external users of the systems.
  • Develop good relations with the business (FO, MO / Risk, BO), follow relationship with third parties, manage / assist members of team (business or technical analysts)
  • Liaise with users and developers.
  • Working both within the team responsible, or alone when requested, to act as, or in conjunction with a specific project manager : - (non-exhaustive)
  • Build of project plans
  • Assist in the completion and timely delivery of projects
  • Test, including writing test scripts, for new releases Required Qualifications and Skills :
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience using MUREX
  • Knowledge of Front Office, Bonds and Rates
  • Experience as a Production Support Analyst
  • Experience in supporting Front Office
  • Experience across L2 Application Support
  • Experience using Unix / Linux
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience using WindowsLanguage : English : mandatoryFrench : is a plus
