Position Overview

Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to join their team in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area . This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in account management and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key national accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to meet sales objectives and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-including marketing, logistics, and product development-to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies proactively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development , preferably in the Furniture & Home Décor industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
