Job description

Our client is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle essential customer support tasks, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative role involves responding to inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and performing light accounts receivable duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and accurately.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders with precision.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain order records and provide updates on order statuses.

Accounts Receivable :

  • Handle light AR tasks such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Assist in account reconciliation and financial report preparation as needed.

    • Education :  High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

    Experience :  Background in supply chain coordination, customer service, or related administrative roles preferred.

    Skills :

  • Familiarity with order processing, logistics, or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
