Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Customer Service Manager which can turn into a full time role for the right candidate.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and effective communication.

Experience developing marketing strategies using targeted media is a definite asset as this role can be expanded to include marketing elements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and its related customer service apps such as Gorgias and Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of AI tools from a customer service perspective.
• Experience in managing customer service teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
