Job description

Profile : Our client is a SaaS solutions company who sells into the life science industries, globally and are looking for an SDR based in Montreal to help create leads for their Account Managers. Your role will be to evaluate and engage clients in Canada, US and Europe to be passed off to the Account Managers who then will perform demos. We are looking for someone who has done this kind of role in the past and to be in the role for a minimum of 2 years before being promoted.Territory : Canada, US and EuropeWorkplace : Montreal (2 days at office + 3 days home office) Products / Services : SaaS softwareSalary : Base $70,000-$75,000Commissions / Bonus : $15,000Other Benefits :  medicaldental3 weeks' vacationparamedical servicesbenefits partially paid by companymanaged career progression  Functions :  Research and identify potential customers in the life sciences industry.Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our companyAsk the right questions to understand if our solutions are a good fitSchedule meetings for the Account Managers to take things to the next level.Log interactions and progress in our CRM.  Requirements : Development vs Maintenance : 100% vs 0%Road vs Office : 0% vs 100% (2 days at office and 3 days home office)Languages : Excellent spoken and written EnglishEducation : College degree Training : On the job training provided Years of experience :  1-3 year of outbound prospecting sales experience (preferred)Other requirements :  Strong computer skills, proficient on Windows OS and Office ApplicationsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong communication skills - written and verbalExperience in Life Science industry a strong assetTransferable Knowledge :  Knowledge of tools such as Zoom info, Hubspot, LinkedIn Navigator etc
