Your future role on our team

Join BBA and makethe most of your experience by actively contributing to the marketing andcommunications initiatives of a consulting engineering firm.

You’ll use yourresourcefulness, creativity and organizational skills on a daily basis, whetheryou’re promoting the BBA brand or supporting the team in its initiatives.

Help manage and create content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
Run marketing campaigns on various platforms (Google, LinkedIn, specialized publications)
Assist with graphic design, copywriting and editing for external content
Monitor digital platforms to identify innovative approaches, major trends and best practices
Collect and analyze performance data on current marketing campaigns and suggest adjustments as needed
Help manage the BBA Boutique and perform certain administrative tasks (invoicing, emailing, etc.)
Coordinate translation and editing requests received by the BBA Help Desk as needed to fill in for the Linguistic Services Advisor
Help migrate corporate documents from a local internal environment to SharePoint (for the Marketing and Communications team)

Excellent writing skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram

Proficiency in Canva, Vimeo and MS Copilot an asset

Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Craft

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Bilingual (English and French)
