Job description

The Vice President of Manufacturing will lead the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Strategic oversight of production and maintenance, with a strong focus on achieving operational excellence in the fast-paced, highly regulated nicotine and energy pouch manufacturing industry.
  • Responsible in creating initiatives that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive organizational growth
  • Implement strategies to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team
  • Innovate and refine processes to drive operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and quality assurance.
  • Implement and maintain robust WMS solutions to optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and scheduling to meet production demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Direct auditing and compliance initiatives to address findings promptly and effectively.
  • Establish reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, costs, and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience in managing operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharma industry
  • Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong understanding of production, maintenance, and warehousing best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of business mathematics and operational budgeting
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external engagement.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and operate effectively under pressure
