Job description

Position : Administrative Coordinator

Salary : $22

Monday to Friday from 5 : 00AM- 1 : 30PM

Location : Quebec City

Duration : 3 Months contract with strong possibility of extension or permanence!

Do you like office work? Do you like the diversity of tasks? We have the job you need! A company in the transportation field in Quebec city is currently looking for an office clerk to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry related to the merchandise
  • Taking calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
  • Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
  • Creation of scorecards
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Qualifications

    The Administrative Coordinator must have the following qualifications :

  • Comfortable to communicate in French and English : English is required because it is a Canadian company, and internal communication with clients and internal employees can be in English.
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
  • Good command of computer software
  • Resourceful and autonomous
