Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, sales, and operations? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our Resort Cottage & golf course. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing sales, rentals, golf course operations, owner relations, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Owner & Guest Relations : Foster strong relationships with owners, guests, and members, addressing concerns and enhancing retention.
  • Park Model Cottage Sales : Lead and manage the resort park model home sales, ensuring strong revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
  • Golf Course Operations : Oversee the daily operations and guest experience of the golf course, ensuring high standards and profitability.
  • Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses, with a strong focus on EBITDA and profitability.
  • Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across multiple departments.
  • Strategic Growth : Implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, sales, and overall resort success.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Proven leadership experience in resort, hospitality, or real estate management.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA management.
  • Expertise in golf course operations, park model sales, or hospitality services is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational excellence.
