Our client in Brampton is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join their fast-growing team of technicians to service clients daily. This position is a full-time role with an employer that has been in business for over 45 years.
Responsibilities :
- Familiar with monthly KPI’s and Absent Management
- Open and close work orders
- Liaison with upper management and other department managers
- Organizing quarterly service communication meetings for technicians
- Responsible for managing all field service personnel
- Responsible for reporting the Department’s revenue
- Responsible for the production of all technicians
- Manage fleet of field trucks
Skills Required :
