Job Description
We are looking to fill an Order Entry Clerk role to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our sales, marketing, logistics and accounting departments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties :
- Assist in accurate and efficient order processing
- Assist in customer submission forms.
- Manage all account specific portals.
- Assist in running customer sell through reporting.
- Manage all customer sample requests and in-office sample inventory
- Liaison with marketing to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with Key Account Managers.
- Assist in proofreading copywriting on product artwork.
- Assisting in maintaining product forecast template ensuring
