Job description

Dans ce rôle, vous aiderez le département de production à fonctionner efficacement et serez responsable de la création et de l'amélioration des outils, de l'acheminement du travail et de l'intervention dans les problèmes connexes.

Principales responsabilités

Développer un code stable et de haute qualité afin de l'utiliser dans l'écosystème de ShotGrid
Architecturer, développer et maintenir l'intégration de ShotgGid dans notre pipeline de production à l'aide de Python
Développer et maintenir les plug-ins de gestionnaire d'événements ShotGrid
Créer un code testable, efficace et réutilisable en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel
Participer aux révisions de conception et de code
Maintenir une communication régulière avec la direction de la production afin de répondre aux exigences et aux préoccupations de la production active
Créer des tests unitaires et fonctionnels
Participer continuellement à l'amélioration du processus de développement
Restez connecté aux technologies émergentes et aux tendances de l’industrie et appliquez-les à vos opérations et activités

Qualifications

Expérience avérée en programmation Python

Solides connaissances et expérience de la plateforme logicielle ShotGrid

Compréhension du flux de travail en production, de la gestion de projet et de la planification

Démontrer des habiletés à déboguer, développer des tests et de résolution de problèmes

Flexibilité et être capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution

Connaissance de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de bases de données relationnelles

Capacité à gérer des environnements très stressants

As Pipeline Developer for our production department, you will help the production department run efficiently and will be responsible for creating and improving tools, department workflows, and troubleshooting related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high quality, stable code for use within ShotGrid’s ecosystem

Architect, develop and maintain the integration of ShotGrid in our production pipeline using Python

Develop and maintain ShotGrid event handler plugins

Create testable, efficient and reusable code by using best in class software development practices

Participate in design and code reviews

Maintain regular communication with Production Leadership in order to address active production requirements and concerns

Create unit and functional tests

Participate in the continuous improvement of the development process

Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Qualifications

Proven Python programming experience

Strong knowledge and experience with Shotgrid software platform

Understanding of production workflow, project management and scheduling

Proven debugging, development testing, and problem solving abilities

Flexible and able to work in a frequently changing environment

Knowledge of relational database design and implementation

Ability to handle high stress environments
